Before this I had never heard of him, buth e very quickly visited to understand my requirements and his quote was submitted extremely fast. The fact he had recently undertaken the same project recently also swayed my decision to employ him. Richard was very punctual on site and he and his partner were always very courteous and tidy and project managed deliveries/collection to site very well. My wife felt very comfortable with him while I was at work, and the quality of the base he laid is first rate and exactly how I wanted it to be.
